CRS Referral Process: Support for Young People and Families

At CRS, we strive to make accessing our services as simple and straightforward as possible. Whether you’re a client, a community partner, or a professional looking to refer someone to our programs, this guide will help you understand how to connect individuals and families with the support they need. There is also an option for self-referrals. Young people and families can directly refer themselves to our programs, ensuring they can access support without unnecessary barriers.

CRS supports young people aged 8 to 25 years and their families through various programs. Referrals or self-referrals are welcome from:

– Young people experiencing family conflict or at risk of homelessness.
– Young people at risk of engaging in family, domestic, or sexual violence due to past trauma.
– Young people and families in need of support to strengthen connections and rebuild relationships.
– Young people under the age of 16 experiencing family conflicts and seeking therapeutic respite accommodation.

In this video below, Melissa Haley, CEO of CRS, provides a clear overview of our referral process. Learn about the steps involved, eligibility criteria, and how our team works collaboratively to ensure timely and effective assistance.
