We are currently accepting applications for experienced, nationally accredited mediators to join our mediation panel. Our mediation panel is comprised of skilled mediators with varying backgrounds and expertise in family law, commercial disputes, workplace issues who all hold a passion for helping people to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that the work referred to members of the mediation panel includes coaching of our accredited mediation training participants, assessing of assessments undertaken by training participants and client facing work. Our client facing work is to be conducted in a facilitated mediation model. Should members of the mediation panel undertake intake, all intake notes and notes from mediation are to be provided to us to ensure our records are maintained.

Please note that the engagement of panel mediators is contract work in nature. It is a requirement that appropriate insurances are held by each individual practitioner. All applications will be considered by the CRS Board of Directors.
