Since 2018, I have served as Chief Executive Officer of Conflict Resolution Service, where I successfully grew the organisation’s annual revenue from $650,000 to over $5 million.
My leadership philosophy is grounded in the application of early intervention strategies aimed at supporting individuals to positively change the trajectory of their lives.
