About

Luana joined Conflict Resolution Service in June 2022. With a background in community pharmacy, Luana discovered her passion for supporting vulnerable individuals extended well beyond brief customer interactions. This inspired her to transition into social and community services, where she spent six years working on the frontlines with Canberra’s most at-risk children and young people in the Out of Home Care sector.

Luana has a proven track record in program development and implementation, training delivery, and trauma-informed therapeutic practice. She is dedicated to creating culturally safe, inclusive, and supportive environments across all CRS programs, ensuring that services effectively meet the diverse needs of the community.
