About

Affectionately known as Dan by his colleagues, Daniel White brings a wealth of experience to his role as Program Manager at Conflict Resolution Service (CRS). With a professional background spanning youth worker, school teacher, mediator, counsellor, and program manager, Dan has dedicated himself to supporting young people and families across Australia.
Dan’s journey in the field has provided him with a unique perspective on working with families, from addressing conflicts to helping them achieve their goals. His role at CRS allows him to combine his extensive experience and passion for understanding how people’s minds work to drive meaningful change in their lives.
What excites Dan the most about his role at CRS is the opportunity to work closely with individuals, supporting them to understand themselves better and achieve their personal and professional goals. He finds immense satisfaction in helping people unlock their potential and navigate their challenges effectively.
Outside of work, Dan is an avid martial artist, a film enthusiast, and a devoted family man. He also has a fun and unique hobby – he loves to dance with all his heart, even if he doesn’t consider himself particularly skilled!
We are incredibly fortunate to have Dan on our team, and his dedication and enthusiasm make a significant impact on our community. Thank you for all you do, Dan!
