Our Children, Youth and Family Programs aim to create a supportive environment for young people and their families to build stronger relationships.
Family Support Program
The Family Support Program supports young people and their families when a young person is experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless due to family conflict.
Family Connections
Family Connections is a collaborative program between Conflict Resolution Services (CRS) and Multicultural Hub (mHub), with a focus on providing inclusive support to young people and their families in addressing family conflicts, enhancing well-being, and reducing the risk of youth homelessness.
Safe and Connected Youth Program
The Safe & Connected Youth Program works with children and their families to improve parent-child relationships and family functioning to reduce the risk of homelessness. The S&CY Program values preservation, reunification, and restoration.
