Parenting Programs
CRS’s parenting programs provide education and support to parents whose adolescents or children are facing mental health challenges. The program focuses on key issues such as adolescent development, anxiety, self-harm, family conflict, depression, and school refusal, offering practical insights and strategies for families navigating these challenges.
Our parenting programs also include understanding conflict resolution techniques and conflict styles when managing the adolescent years. Through role plays and group discussions, parents and their children are encouraged to learn about each other’s conflict styles and discover resolution strategies that could be incorporated into their home life to strengthen their family relationships.
