Conflict Resolution Service (CRS) is a Canberra based not for profit organisation dedicated to preventing, managing, and resolving conflicts professionally, competently, and compassionately. Our core purpose is to preserve family connections, reunify and strengthen relationships, and restore family harmony by reducing conflict.

We invite you to express your interest in joining our Board of Directors and help us continue making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we assist.

Being a CRS Director

The CRS Board is responsible for setting the strategic direction to ensure that CRS fulfills its purpose of reducing the emotional and financial impact of conflict on the community. By guiding the organisation in its mission to provide evidence-based dispute resolution services, the Board ensures CRS delivers meaningful support to children, youth, families, workplaces and the broader community.

Candidates are invited to submit an expression of interest along with their CV to admin@crs.org.au Upon receiving your expression of interest, a Board Member will arrange a meeting with you to review the position description and discuss the roles and responsibilities of being a Board Member.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in governance, strategy, and expansion. We encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, individuals with disabilities, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, veterans, younger and older workers, and those with diverse genders, sexes and sexualities.
