About

Cindy has worked within the Community Sector for a decade, and over the last three years has been involved in the development and implementation of the Safe and Connected Youth Program. Cindy is passionate about providing therapeutic, early intervention support and is very dedicated to ensuring that service delivery is easily accessible, evidence-based and tailored to each individual. Cindy is particularly motivated in supporting and empowering children, young people and parent/carers to improve family functioning, resolve conflict and minimise the risk of youth homelessness. In 2018 Cindy identified a service gap within the ACT which led to her designing and implementing a YOGIE Award-winning program. In 2019 Cindy was also the recipient of the YOGIE Award, Outstanding Youth Worker.
