Conflict and Communication Workshop

The Program

This workshop is an introduction to the topic of conflict and effective communication strategies, for better understanding and responding to disputes in the workplace, family, and community.

The half-day is highly interactive, with activities and discussions which enable participants to unpack conflict and explore ways in which effective communication can be used to address situations of conflict.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have a greater understanding of conflict, their relationship with conflict, the role of communication as a response to conflict, and increased confidence to take a proactive rather than reactive approach when faced with conflict.
