About

Melissa joined the CRS team in May 2022. Bringing with her a wealth of experience in multidisciplinary backgrounds having worked in Social Work, Counselling, Child Protection, Family Dispute Resolution, and Health services. Melissa practices through a collaborative and trauma-informed lens in working with individuals and families to support and empower those experiencing conflict to embrace the journey of resolution through mediation.
