Jenny Devlin

Jenny Devlin is a passionate and prominent member of the ACT mediator community, specializing in overcoming conflicts across cultural borders.

With the support of a Rotary World Peace Fellowship, she completed a Masters in Peace Studies in Tokyo in 2008, before returning to Australia to develop her practice in the Northern Territory.

Here Jenny facilitated nationally accredited mediation training through the NT Community Justice Centre; supervised practitioners as Manager of Relationships Australia’s Family Dispute Resolution Service in the Territory; and coached for the Resolution Institute.

Alongside her full-time roles, Jenny pursued her passion for peace-building through her work with the Caux Scholars Program for international conflict transformation in Switzerland; and the Peace and Democracy Foundation in Timor Leste.

She continues to serve part-time as a Mediator in the CRS network and a Family Dispute Resolution Conference Convenor for ACT Legal Aid, while caring for her two young daughters.

In 2015, she was recognised by the Resolution Institute for her expertise in mediation practice, training, supervision and coaching, with the Institute’s Practitioners’ Award.

Jenny is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, and a Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) and a Practitioner Member of the Resolution Institute.

 

Mike Rowntree

Mike Rowntree is a senior Mediator, Negotiator and Dispute Resolution professional, with an extensive practice across the ACT and region.

He works full-time in the community through the ACT Dispute Resolution Services, the NSW Department of Justice and the NSW Department of Family and Community Services, alongside his ongoing role in the CRS network.

Since 2010, Mike has combined his professional practice with service as a mentor, workshop leader and coach in the CRS mediation training program.

He is a nationally and ACT accredited Mediator, an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and a member of the Resolution Institute, with specialist qualifications in child inclusive practice, family group conferencing, conflict coaching and adult training.
